My line operates with mainly vintage steam & clockwork locos by Bing / Bassett-lowke / Leeds / with odd makes by Walker & Holtzpefel & M & B Railways .The steam fleet consists of 1920 Bing for B/L LNWR 4-4-0 re liveried in B.R. & numbered for ex Highland railway Loch - Insch in B.R. days (converted from meths to gas firing using a Wilsco burner); meths fired locos consist of B/L LMS Mogul / LNER K3 Mogul / Super Enterprise .LNER 4-6-0 / & Corgi B/L B.R. Mogul.The clockwork fleet consists of Walker & Holzpefel tank 0-6-0; Leeds Lambie Caledonian Rly 4-4-0 Tank; B/L Standard 0-6-0 tank B.R. Bing for B/L 1928 0-6-0 tender goods loco reliveried B.R.Two detailed & B.R. Re liveried Duke of Yorks;Bing / B/L Geo V Re liveried B.R ; Bing / B/L Geo V re-liveried & detailed Caledonian Rly.M & B railways Caley Cardean ( Bing / B/L 4-6-0 Motor & chassis). & B/L LMS Standard compound 4-4-0.

Wagons are vintage Hornby & Leeds & coaches are by ACE Trains.

The line has three stations with G,N,S,R, flavour named Elgin; Keith & Dufftown. The layout is a complete circuit with inner terminal station (Elgin). Track is mainly B/L with some Tenmille.

Trains are run all year round as some frosty morning photographs illustrate and has weathered several years of outdoor exposure.
