The locomotive photographed below was one of three built, the other two were 4-4-0 Midland Tender Locomotives.
It is thought they were built for The Midland Railway Museum layout at Derby Municipal Museum.

The model photographed is the Derby Midland Station Pilot which operated towards the end of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th centuries.
