The Guests and Members then enjoyed a Buffet prepared and served by the Ladies of the Society, set out in the Library.

The day started with the unexpected early arrival of Pete Waterman, who was given a tour of the site by Mike Williams.
  Pete showed extensive knowledge of the machinery in the workshop. He unveiled Graham Penn's new Locomotive
and met some of the Ladies

Mrs Nancy Andrews arrives Pete tries out the A4 for size and did a 'High Speed' pass of the building.
Just one or two cameras recorded the event! He would have liked to spend more time driving it. Oldest and youngest members, Wallace and Jack The Lord Mayor took a circuit of the site driving Rob's traction engine.
